As a result of a series of research and dedicated work, the Clean Neer Environment Research Center has come across a product that has made a great difference in the Aeration systems of the wastewater treatment plant. The injected air diffusion system has been a revolution in aeration systems, as it has great benefits over the conventional and modern aeration system techniques.

Functionality

The submersible pump attached to the system will suck and discharge the water in to the dipsensor which will further distrubute the water through specially designed nozzles which further creates vaccum and the air is sucked through the pipes from the atmosphere and is scrubbed in the water, which dissolve over 90 % of the air in the system which is a revolutionary technology in the field of aeration systems.

Since the system is placed at the bottom of the aeration tank, it distributes the air from bottom to top, covering a large area of the tank with proper mixing of the water and the biomass through a recirculation system involving a maintenance-free submersible pump.

The advantages of the “IADS” over other aeration systems are as follows,

Very Less Power Consumption

When compared to Root Blowers our System ‘IADS’ consumes 40 to 50 % less power as the only power consumption unit is Submersible pump

Low Capital Cost
  • Capital Cost for the “IADS” is very much lower than the conventional root blower base diffuser systems.
  • “IADS” are available in different MOC’s depending upon party’s requirement
  • The submersible pumps in the systems also are available in full and semi S.S MOC.
Flexibility of the System
  • Apart from other systems “IADS” is very flexible in design as its design can be easily changed as per the shape and size of the Aeration tanks.
  • Also as it remains of the bottom of the aeration tanks it do not require any extra space or bunker or room for its storage like other systems require so also its space and shape convenient.
  • It is available in range of 2 HP to 20 HP systems as per the requirement of the aeration tanks.
Zero Maintenance
  • When compared to Surface aerators and Conventional diffuser systems “IADS” has zero maintenance as it has only one moving part i.e. is submersible pump.
  • when we talk about Root Blowers its periodic maintenance of V – Belts, gears and other will cost around 50,000 INR periodically which is quite high and again with 12 to 20 hours of man hours.
  • But with “IADS” you don’t have to worry about maintenance as it has only one mechanical part .i.e. Submersible pump (Note: – submersible pumps provided by us in the systems are of 100 % corrosion free metal Stain less steel 316), whose maintenance is very cheap as compared to above systems you can buy a whole new submersible pump whose price is way lower than the periodic maintenance of the above systems. And the man hours behind its maintenance are 1 to 2 hours maximum.
  • Parts used in the surface aerators and root blowers are quite costly and need specially skilled persons to do its maintenance, whereas “IADS” parts are very cheap and any semi – skilled person can easily replace it as they are very easy to replace
  • The technologies used in other systems are quite complex while “IADS” technology is very simple yet very efficient and effective.
